About Mostess

Mostess was founded in 2018 when my sister, Ashley, and I began managing my vacation rental here in Phoenix. We’re former Elite and NCAA gymnasts, so you can imagine the perfectionist mindset we have brought for our guests since the beginning. I didn’t even want to have 1 house to manage on my own. The chance of making a mistake was too high!

Being team players for a long time, we didn’t stop with just ourselves. We built a team of relentless perfectionists, obsessively devoted to refining even the most minute of details. We constantly strive for improvement, all in pursuit of delivering the highest quality service and exceeding our guests' expectations.

Mostess is dedicated to providing our guests with an exceptional, smooth, and enjoyable travel experience. Our selection of accommodations is carefully chosen to possess unique qualities in terms of their location, design, and level of comfort. Every effort is made to ensure that our guests feel inspired, at ease, and fully satisfied during their stay!

    Nicole is the powerhouse leading our concierge team. With a knack for crafting unforgettable experiences, she's totally changed the game when it comes to how our guests start their journeys. Her passion for putting together personalized arrival packages shows just how committed she is to making sure every guest's adventure kicks off on the perfect note, all customized to their group's vibe.

Sustainability

We believe in the power of progress, and our eco-journey is underway. Sure, we aren't perfect. But that won't stop us from trying, one shampoo bottle and roll of toilet paper at a time. We're committed to learning, improving, and embracing the quirks of our eco-experiment. Some of our sustainability efforts feel minor, but make an impact over time. They include:

  • Providing Who Gives a Crap paper products. We offer ample amounts of hand towels and washcloths to counter balance paper product usage.

  • Providing recyclable Nespresso pods in homes that offer that coffee amenity

  • Refillable and reusable shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body wash bottles

  • Offering filtered water at each home. We do not provide bottled water. Our filters are changed on schedule every 6 months.

  • We provide reusable food storage containers. There may be plastic baggies, cling wrap or foil left behind by previous guests and we'll leave it for future guests, but we do not purchase it for continual use.

  • Upcycled and vintage furnishings. While we can't always purchase second hand, we love to include vintage pieces. They are sturdier in most cases, but also provide a design element unlike other homes.

  • Donation of unopened, nonperishable food and drink left behind by guests.

  • Donation of clean linens past their acceptable lifetime in an Airbnb, but great for those in need.
