Co-Host + Digital Marketer

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airbnb cohost who can also contribute to our digital marketing efforts. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties while helping to elevate our online presence and guest experience through strategic marketing.

Guest Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and guest check-ins/outs with a friendly and professional tone.
Property Oversight: Coordinate cleaning schedules, restocking supplies, and maintaining property standards.
Problem Solving: Handle guest issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Digital Marketing Potential Add-on
Social Media: Develop and post engaging content on social platforms to promote properties and drive bookings.
Email Campaigns: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture past guests and attract new bookings.
Analytics: Track booking trends and marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Brand Development: Contribute to building a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.

Time Commitment: Flexible freelance position requiring 10-15 hours per week.
Hours/Days: Co-hosting portion of the position will be occasional weekday night shifts (4-9pm) and at least 2 full weekend shifts per month (9am-9pm). Digital marketing is worked around your schedule.
Location: Remote, but must have a quiet place to work without distraction

Welcome Inspector

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Welcome Inspector. This role involves checking that a home is ready for the next guest prior to their arrival.

Safety: Ensuring safety measures are in place and not tampered with, such as smoke alarms and fire extinguishers
Cleanliness: Double checking the home is in tip-top order, making sure nothing was mistakenly left behind or missed.
Inviting: Opening curtains, turning on lights, preparing for guest arrival
Additional Tasks: Checking for deliveries to the home, replacing light bulbs or batteries, reporting issues to the hosting team

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot imperfections (e.g., missed cleaning spots, broken items, or missing amenities).
Communication Skills: Clear communication with the hospitality team to report issues.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve minor issues on-site (e.g., restocking essentials, troubleshooting appliances).
Flexibility: Adaptability to handle last-minute bookings or unexpected issues.
Detail-Oriented Styling: Adjusting pillows, artwork, and furnishings to maintain a polished, curated look that wows guests.
