Co-host

We're hiring a "co-host" for nights and weekends. Co-hosts wear many hats! Some of them include:

• Hospitality: communicating with guests, helping them book trips, answering questions during their stay and finding solutions when things are not going according to plan

• Operations: scheduling cleaners, maintenance and other important things to keep properties tip-top

• Behind the scenes tasks such as posting guest reviews, communicating with vendors and owners

• Quick responses & communication with guests, cleaners, & our clients/homeowners

• Writing guest reviews, answering phone calls, handling issues as they arise with guests or homes

• Problem-solving difficult situations, tech issues and handling remote tasks

• Weekly 1 hour staff meeting during daytime hours

• Previous hosting, hospitality OR professional customer service experience

• Reliable cell phone & laptop

• Intuitive at learning new software and troubleshooting

• Excellent, personable written & verbal communication and professional, upbeat attitude

• Detail-oriented, hard working, problem solver, team player

• Must thrive in a fast paced environment w/deadlines, provide responses within 5-10 minutes

• Desire to provide top-notch hospitality to guests!

• Can handle and defuse intense situations with upset guests.

• Have some knowledge of home mechanicals/operations: smoke detectors, breaker box, wifi to name a few

• Part Time: 8-12 shifts per month

• Evenings shifts (Monday-Friday): 4pm-9pm

• Saturdays & Sundays: 8am-11pm EST

• 4 weekend days per month

• 1 hour weekly staff meeting during the day

• 1 Holiday Per Year

• Availability during evenings Arizona Mountain Time Zone (MST)

• PAY: Flat rate per shift varying based on the day of week (approx. $800-1500/month, depending on how many shifts you select)
