Digital Marketer

  • We’re looking for a Freelance Digital Marketer to help us elevate our online presence and grow our audience while staying hands-on at our properties for content creation, photo shoots, and events.

    You will be responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies to enhance the Mostess brand. You’ll manage email campaigns, social media, paid media, Airbnb listing optimization and vendor collaborations while ensuring all marketing efforts reflect our bold, cheeky, and fun personality. This is a freelance role where you will invoice us for services, and pay will be discussed based on your experience and expertise.

  • Email Marketing:

    • Create and execute email campaigns

    • Highlight property features, partnerships, and promotions.

    Social Media Management:

    • Plan, create, and schedule content.

    • Develop engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with the Mostess brand.

    Content Creation:

    • Visit properties in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to capture content

    • Collaborate with the team to prep for photo shoots, ensuring visuals meet brand standards.

    Airbnb/VRBO/Direct Booking Listing Optimization:

    • Write compelling, keyword-optimized Airbnb listings that highlight each property’s unique features and themes.

    • Select and organize visuals for each listing to maximize appeal and bookings.

    • Regularly review and update listings to keep them fresh and competitive.

    Vendor Collaborations:

    • Work with local businesses to create joint marketing campaigns, promotions and collaborations.

    • Promote partnerships through digital channels and events.

    Paid Advertising:

    • Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.

    • Use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to track performance and ROI.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

    Event Support:

    • Assist with planning and managing on-site events, including setup and execution.

    Trendspotting & Local Engagement:

    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage local knowledge to connect with the community.

    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), social media tools, and scheduling software. Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for tracking and analytics.

    • Skills: Creative writing and visual content creation skills

    • Hours: Flexible freelance position requiring 10–15 hours per week.

    • Location: Must be based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and available for in-person content creation and events.

    • Pay is negotiable and will be determined based on experience. Please include your hourly rate or project pricing in your application.
