Full-home clean and property reset between guest stays (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)

To work with us, you must have:

• General Liability Insurance

• Ability to provide proof of insurance before your first clean

• Reliable transportation (multiple homes across the area)

We need someone whose team is:

• On time, consistent, and dependable

• Available for turnovers (often Thurs–Sun)

• Able to handle same-day turns when needed

• Responsive to messages (this is non-negotiable)

• Comfortable with feedback and quality checks

Technology + Breezeway (Required)

You must:

• Use Breezeway on your phone for every clean

• Follow checklists exactly

• Upload required photos

• Communicate in real-time if there’s an issue (damage, missing items, low stock, etc.)

Prior use of Breezeway is not necessary. Training provided!
