The Duck Pond A-Frame is located just 1.5 hours from Phoenix and Scottsdale off of SR260 in Cottonwood, AZ. Our home is a quick 15-20 minutes to the Cornville vineyards, 20-30 minutes to Sedona and 15 minutes to Jerome.

We are at the mercy of the calendar and cannot guarantee an early check-in.
If your check-in is on the same day as another guest’s checkout, early check-in is not available.
If you arrive early in the morning and the calendar allows, a half-day may be available to add to your reservation. Just ask and we'll be happy to take a look!
If you want to take a gamble and hope for an early check-in, you can reach out to us the day before and see if it’s possible.

Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.
