Let’s work together!

Read the description and requirements below. We will be in touch if we feel this may be a fit! We can't wait to hear from you.

Co-Host & Operations Position

location

Remote from your quiet home office workspace.

days

We’re hiring for a weekend role with occasional weeknight coverage. The position requires 3–4 weekend shifts each month plus one weeknight shift per week. Additional fill-in opportunities may be available when other hosts are on vacation or unavailable.

hours

Weekend shifts run 9am–9pm, while weeknight shifts are 4pm–9pm. Keep in mind we are on Arizona Mountain time. We do not observe daylight savings, so our time zone remains MT year round. If you are not in Arizona, the time change will shift for you halfway through the year.

Each shift includes some required tasks, but most of the role is about responding to guest questions, handling new bookings, and addressing any issues that pop up. Weekends are full days with ongoing operations, while weeknights are lighter since most of the day’s maintenance and operations has already been completed. Some shifts will feel fast-paced and busy, while others are calm and quiet. This may morph over time as we continue to grow!

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

While the core role is focused on hosting, there may be opportunities to take on extra duties as you become more familiar with the company and the short-term rental industry. Many of our hosts choose to expand their role over time. Examples in the past have been maintaining and updating Airbnb listings, bookkeeping and marketing.

We’re a growing small business that’s constantly evolving—new homes are being set up, positions are being added, and roles often expand. Anything is possible as we grow, but additional responsibilities are flexible and not required or guaranteed.
