GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
While the core role is focused on inspections, there may be opportunities to take on extra duties as you become more familiar with the company and the short-term rental industry. Many of our inspectors choose to expand their role and transitioned to other positions over time. Examples have been helping with supply stocking, assisting with quarterly audits, handling small maintenance tasks, onboarding new homes, supporting guest experience touches, bookkeeping and co-hosting.
We’re a growing small business that’s constantly evolving—new homes are being set up, positions are being added, and roles often expand. Anything is possible as we grow, but additional responsibilities are flexible and not required or guaranteed.
