Hot tub, heated pool, and picture worthy decor throughout! This house was designed in honor of one of the most iconic artists of our generation. The design is intentionally and tastefully done so that fans of all genres and generations including those who just want to get away to beautiful “Erazona” can enjoy the aesthetics. Each room has its own distinct style which some of you are sure to figure out, the hardest part is just choosing which one you’ll stay in.

  • Enjoy music (only a true TS fan would!) but keeps noise at a reasonable volume, helping to keep peace with the neighbors

  • Love pets, but will leave them at home (sorry, Olivia Benson, Meredith Grey, and Benjamin Button!)

  • Aren't afraid to keep the Swiftie invite list exclusive to those on the reservation, unless previously approved

  • Know how to have fun and Shake It Off without the assistance of cabana boys and exotic dancers

  • Are living that confetti and glitter-free lifestyle (even Taylor would be bummed about this one)

  • Are staying at the home themselves, not booking for other Swifties

  • Love the outdoors by day, but will socialize inside after 10pm.

  • Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it.

    Pool heating is:

    $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and fees.

  • We are at the mercy of the calendar!

    The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before.

    If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in is not possible.

  • Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

  • Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

  • No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book for themselves.
