We’re accepting unique homes! If your home meets any of the following characteristics, we may be a good fit:

  • Unique Architecture - A-frame, dome, mid-century modern, historical, anything interesting and different.

  • Special Design or Theme - Will have or has a unique theme or interior design, even if the architecture itself isn’t unique

  • Superb Views or Locations - Mountains, forest, desert, lake…

Please review our property requirements before inquiring

  • Elevated Design - Homes with elevated design perform better and are a wonderful experience for our guests.

  • No Deterrents or Lack of Amenities - The home must be in a safe location, have basic amenities (WIFI, AC, laundry) and not have any deterrents or challenges (excessive power lines, lack of parking, excessive noise).

  • Set Up By Our Team - We set up the home for success! Please note: turnkey is NEVER turnkey. Our team will take stock of what you have and fill in the gaps where necessary. Empty home setups start at $40,000.

  • Pools- We require homes in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to have heated pools. Only on rare occasion will a home without a pool or a pool heater be accepted due to extreme design awesomeness that balances things out.

  • Investment Property - Must be an investment property or second home used no more than a cumulative 1 month per year by the owner, friends, and family.

  • Alignment- If you want to be hands-off and have a team that is dedicated to great hospitality, great design, keeping a well-maintained home, and providing an awesome guest experience, you’ve come to the right place.

  • Condos- We are no longer accepting condos for management.
