A Few Things to Know Before You Explore the Portal
The Portal is a great way to view some useful information, but it wasn't built just for Mostess. It's a general tool we've configured for how we work. That means a few things show up that we don't actually use. Here's what to ignore and why.

You'll see an Invoices section in your Portal. Mostess sends invoices through a separate system, so this tab isn't active. You can ignore it — any invoice from us will come directly to your email.

This tab exists in the Portal but we don't process payments or payouts through it. Your payouts go directly to your account via the method the guest booked.

On your Home dashboard, you'll see a line item called "Transactions”. This will always show $0.00. This is a feature Hospitable offers for logging property expenses (like if we bought toilet paper and charged it to your account). We invoice you via Quickbooks, so nothing will ever appear there.

You'll also see a "Management commission" line on the Home page showing $0.00. This does not mean Mostess isn't charging a management fee. The Portal does not currently display management fees the way our accounting is set up.
